Join us for our annual Summit in Salem, Massachusetts!

The Bewitching Nature of Change; Sacred Fires, Cauldrons, Spells & Stories

Registration beings at 1:00 PM on Thursday February 1, 2024. The Summit will officially kick off at 2:00PM. Lunch will not be provided on Thursday.

Registration includes all lodging and all meals from dinner on Thursday  through Sunday breakfast

Summit programming concludes Saturday after dinner and closing celebrations. Sunday will be served.

Registration Includes:

  • Bewitchingly low prices!
    • As you know, each year’s Summit location is typically driven by the location of our Speaker(s), we go to them and a mix of East/West/South, etc. As such, costs vary by location.
    • The Board has allocated an additional $10k to the Summit! This allows  us to lower the fees to an enticing level.  We hope this assists more of us to attend.
  • Time to connect with colleagues--and stoke our sacred fire.
  • Learning from Lisa Lahey - co-author of Immunity to Change
  • Rituals and Practices: These are member- driven experiential sessions that may cast new spells on you!  Let's learn from each other and dive in to the edges of our practices. What are we doing that others can learn from? Please consider offering one to our community.
  • DeEP conversations that may include:
    • What are the 2023-2024 version of witch hunts and spells that our clients are experiencing?
    • The history of the Salem Witch Trials---what can we learn from this?
    • What is the world calling for us as OD professionals today and tomorrow?
    • Our values---how do they play out in our work?

Also featuring:

  • Business Development conversations
  • Coaching Circles
  • A downtown location for easy walking to local venues
  • ETDA Business Meeting

ETDA Summit Guest Attendance Expectations

SUMMIT GUEST PROCESS & REGISTRATION:

Summits are ETDA’s primary experience that bring in new member companies. As such, the Board requests that member companies think first and foremost about inviting guests who meet the criteria for membership and who are interested in having their organization become a member.

  1. Members who invite guests must show the Fit Assessment and the DeEP Document to their prospective guest so they are familiar with ETDA’s mindset and what membership fit looks like. This makes the process of becoming a member after the Summit much easier and clearer. Summit Committee members are responsible for ensuring that the sponsoring member individual has had a conversation about the Fit Assessment with any prospective Summit guests. (Both documents are available on the ETDA website).
  2. Guests pay a $200 additional fee to attend the Summit. If a sponsoring member’s guest is a fit for joining, the sponsoring member is the first point of encouragement for the guest to become a member. If the guest initiates the membership process within 30 days of the Summit, this $200 is applied toward their company’s membership fee.
  3. If a member individual wants to invite a guest who isn’t a candidate for membership, our ETDA Community asks that you consider thoroughly:
    • Do they engage in work that is similar to ETDA members?
    • Are they a consultant or coach who can contribute to our/their personal and professional growth during the Summit?
    • Will they engage in business owner-level dialogue?
  4. Guests may only attend once as a Summit guest.

Cancellations received more than 30 days out are refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days are non-refundable.
