Relationship Development

Improve Interactions, Motivate Individuals, Energize Teams

Relationship development services enhance interactions and motivate individuals through group events and short-term engagements. Examples include energizing experiences for new or existing teams, group events designed to provide an incentive or performance reward, professionally facilitated networking events and celebrations.

Methods and settings for relationship development services include team or group simulations, challenge/ropes courses, facilitated adventure experiences, interactive problem solving, musical/artistic expression, and team-based creative projects requiring strategy. These training experiences are provided in indoor and outdoor venues, traditional meeting settings and on other site locations selected by our clients.

Needs assessment for relationship development services may include phone and in-person interviews, paper and electronic surveys, and formal assessment instrumentation measuring social and work styles, as well as group attitudes. (Examples of needs assessment instruments include Myers-Briggs, DiSC, Team Character Inventory, and others)

What differentiates ETD relationship development services from other fun “team bonding” programs?
ETD providers offer these services as professionally-facilitated experiences that apply elements of reflection and transfer of lessons learned. While these services may be intentionally designed to incorporate fun and celebration, they go beyond “fun and games” to connect learning to your organization. Traditional entertainment and recreation events may not address these areas.
