Service Focus For the Past Two Years:

NinthEdge is a training and development organization based in the Chicago area, specializing in instruction and facilitation services in the leadership and team development space. Our clients span across multiple industries (health care, high-tech, professional services, consumer products, as examples) with the majority of our work focused on the delivery of performance development workshops in a variety of environments (classroom setting, outdoors, virtual delivery). We also do some work with large-scale, experiential community building events. The NinthEdge team consists of two of us full-time (Greg Miller and Kyle Courtaway) as well as a virtual network of colleagues both locally and across the U.S. Our name stems from viewing the journey of learning and growth through the metaphor of drawing a cube – it is only when you draw the ninth edge of the cube that it begins to take its final form. This is the significant moment in learning that we strive to facilitate in our learners.
