Cornell University Team & Leadership Center (CTLC) is a nationally recognized leader in the field of experience-based teambuilding and leadership development. We have provided programs for over twenty thousand individuals since the early 1980's. Our custom programs range from short icebreaker sessions to multi-day trainings that integrate experiential learning with a wide range of diagnostic instruments, leadership tools, and theoretical models.
