Relationship Development services are shorter-term, often high-energy engagements focused on building awareness or relationships.
Performance Enhancement is focused on skill development, often through a series of shorter programs and supplemented by in-depth assessment, pre-work, follow-up, and reinforcement.
Organizational Consulting services are designed to help change the focus of or method of doing business. Often involving systemic change or sustainability issues. Organizational Consulting engagements are ongoing efforts to create long-term results.
